1. What if my internet goes down?

First question to ask is, how many times has your internet gone down in the last 12 months? If more than 2, it is time to consider a more robust internet service such as Dedicated Fiber. Along with a free site survey, we will also asses your network and internet for compatibility with hosted VoIP. If analysis comes back your internet is not stable, we will be clear and share any other options. Dedicated Fiber can be expensive, but worth the investment.

2. What is VoIP?

Voice over Internet, otherwise known as "VoIP" has evolved over the past decade. In Simple terms, its a phone service with the ability to make phone calls using an internet connection. We bring in VoIP phones, configure and connect them to our cloud hosted phone system (PBX), and you can start making calls on our network using your internet connection.
